On June 16, 2021, the Bearing Research Institute received the advance payment for the bearing processing equipment ordered by NACHI Company, and the Bearing Research Institute and NACHI Company formally entered the stage of substantial cooperation.
Founded in 1928, NACHI is one of the four major bearing brands in Japan and one of the eight major bearing brands in the world. In 2020, its sales revenue will exceed 1.9 billion U.S. dollars, and automotive bearings account for about 20%. With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the demand for bearings in the automotive industry has also undergone tremendous changes, and the layout of the bearing industry has also changed. NACHI plans to transfer the production of its standard bearings from Japan and Taiwan to Thailand to cope with the decline in the demand for standard bearings in the automotive industry. Therefore, the new NACHI plant has a demand for cold rolling machines for the production of bearing rings.
Since learning the above information at the Shanghai Bearing Exhibition, the Precision Components Division of the Bearing Research Institute has provided customers with detailed introduction materials, invited the technicians from the headquarters of NACHI Corporation for many technical exchanges, learned more about the specific needs of customers, and convened technical personnel for discussion. After repeated communication, the technical solution of the equipment was highly recognized by the customer, and the order was signed happily. If the first equipment works well, the customer will purchase it in bulk in the future.
The bearing processing equipment produced by the Bearing Research Institute was previously recommended by SKF and sold to many customers in India. This cooperation with NACHI is the first time that the product has directly entered the eight major international brands. It is both an honor and a responsibility. Bearing Research Institute will seize the opportunity to pursue customer satisfaction with good products and excellent services, strive to sell more good products to foreign customers, and expand the international influence of the ZYS brand.
